Our History
The Hotel "CRINIERA D'ORO" in Viserba was born as "Villa Perazzini" in 1950, and today as then it is owned by the Perazzini family .
Giuseppina and Gino, parents of the current owner, rented this small holiday home with a few rooms to a lady from Bologna who took care of it together with them for about six years.
Having learned the trade, Giuseppina decided to take over the reins and manage it with the rest of the family, to then leave it in the hands of one of her daughters, Luciana , who with her husband Adolfo followed in their mother's footsteps, carrying on the business with love.

In 1991 they demolished the building and had it rebuilt , giving rise to the Hotel Criniera d'Oro in 1993.
The name is inspired by the figure of the horse in memory of the father. In fact, Gino known as "E' Chéc" (Checco in Romagna) with his splendid buggy and his dear horse "NELLO" used to take tourists around to get to know Rimini by telling them curious anecdotes and legends of the place.
He was a great lover of horses, so much so that he had a sculptor make the two statues in the shape of a horse's head and the columns that are now at the entrance. For the creation of the sculptures he took inspiration from those seen at the home of Fabio Concat's grandparents or who came on holiday to Viserba in the summer, with whom he had a friendship.
Adolfo and Luciana faced many sacrifices and difficulties to make their dream come true. The generations that will follow will treasure the precious experiences and will find the right compromise between tradition and innovation without ever forgetting the humble origins.
Hospitality, warmth and sympathy are the secrets of the trade handed down to the sons, Lorenzo and Mauro , who with their smiles try to make your days more pleasant and carefree.
Your gratitude and appreciation are the engine that drives us to improve every year and we thank you deeply.
Hoping to host you soon, we hope to always be able to make you feel an integral part of this large family called HOTEL CRINIERA D'ORO.
